Users of our network are expected to utilize our services in a manner that respects the integrity of the community and does not hinder the connectivity or safety of others.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use MYCALLA INC. services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair our network infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in unauthorized data extraction, or overwhelming network capacities maliciously.

5. Service Availability and Resilience

While our vision is to create a flawlessly connected community, network interruptions may occur due to natural disasters or required maintenance. Through initiatives like our resilient infrastructure projects, we prioritize rapid disaster recovery and reliable backup systems to maintain service continuity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYCALLA INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our communication services or inability to access the network.
